Refund policy
* • The customer has 7 days from arrival of item (verified delivery date via tracking number) to reach out to our team for approval of return. Once we have approved return, item must be dropped at carrier service of customer's choice within 2 business days.
* • The customer is responsible for all return shipping cost. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged returns. If possible, email us at rouge225giftsandart@gmail.com with a tracking number so we know when to expect your return.
* • Once return is approved, customer will be issued a store credit for the specific items returned. Customer will not be credited original shipping fee, Please allow 2-3 business days for an email containing your store credit.
